Amblers Tarka Safety Trainer

The Tarka Safety Trainer offers a metal-free design combined with waterproof protection and high-impact resistance, perfect for professionals who need flexibility and durability. Built with rip-stop material and embossed Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) for enhanced support, the trainer features a breathable waterproof membrane and mesh lining to keep feet dry and comfortable.

With a fibreglass composite toe cap providing 200 joules of impact resistance, and a non-metallic anti-penetration midsole that withstands up to 1100N, this trainer offers comprehensive underfoot protection. The EVA/Rubber outsole ensures excellent durability, grip, and slip resistance, while the removable PU footbed adds extra comfort and support.

Safety Standards & Certifications

The Tarka Safety Trainer meets the EN ISO 20345:2022 S7S HRO FO SR ESD European safety standards:

• S7S: 200-joule impact and compression-resistant composite toe cap, anti static construction with enegry absorbant heal along with an water resistant upper. Penetration resistant outsole: Average penetration value is not less than 1100N. Tested for general risks with a nail 3mm in diameter (relevant for risks such as sewing needles or hypodermic needles).Water Resistant.
• HRO: Resistance to High Heat 300°c.
• FO: Resistance to fuel oil of outsole.
• SR:  Tested on a ceramic tile surface with glycerine. The heel & forepart has also been tested, not just the flat.
• ESD - Electro Static Dissipative Footwear: ESD Footwear is designed specifically for the electronic components manufacturing and assembly industries. ESD conforms to EN 61340-5-1.
